The logic we have implemented locally is giving Primary Owner of data the responsibility
of doing sync into the DB. During crash we would need to scan through all the entries but
even in case of proper shutdown we can ensure that the local structures are flushed to DB
using View Change Listner Pre event.
Please let us know if this logic has some gaps so that we can improve and contribute
back.
