Using 0 to Integer.MAX_VALUE instead, since this still sufficiently reduces the
probability of a collision. The HotRod protocol won't deal with negative numbers.
Default consistent hash should use a much larger hash space

This is to minimise the collisions as reported in ISPN-1275. It isn't a complete
solution but drastically reduces the probability of collision if the hash space spans
Integer.MIN_VALUE -> Integer.MAX_VALUE.
