-------------------------------
Fix Version/s: 4.0.0.GA
JBoss Forum Reference:
http://community.jboss.org/thread/146008
Complexity: Medium
Allow AsyncStore to retry and be extensible
-------------------------------------------
Key: ISPN-327
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/ISPN-327
Project: Infinispan
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: Loaders and Stores
Affects Versions: 4.0.0.CR3
Reporter: Bryan Grunow
Assignee: Manik Surtani
Fix For: 4.0.0.GA
In the current implementation of AsyncStore if the data cannot be stored to the backend
then the change is lost. It would be nice for AsyncStore to queue up changes and retry.
Along with providing retries it would be nice to make the AsyncStore class more
extensible such that custom logic can be implemented to facilitate the retries and
excpetion behaviors.
