The `ClusterLoader` is not documented and is only used internally when
HotRod.LAZY_RETRIEVAL is true. As the ClusterLoader is unpredictable and has several race
conditions, we should deprecate it as well as LAZY_RETRIEVAL and remove in Infinispan 14.
