Whe in transaction scope entry removed from cache and later new value inserted using
putIfAbsent old (removed) value returned from cache.
cache.put("k1", "v1");
tx.start();
cache.remove("k1");
...
assertNull(cache.putIfAbsent("k1", "v2"));
tx.commit();
now cache.putIfAbsent("k1", "v2") returns "v2";
