TYPE = 1 --> XA TX_ID format deduced from TYPE (e.g., TYPE == 1 => TX_ID = 128 bytes) TxId = 0 for non-tx clients, calls, and certain ops like PING and RECOVER HotRod spec should be updated accordingly.
