JavaDocs on CacheEntryEvicted says that it will be removed in Infinispan 6.0, but this did
not happen. Let's remove this before 8.0 gets final.
(existence of this event together with CacheEntriesEvicted is rather confusing, and I
don't think that those events are fired anymore).
