typing that :) Anyway, I meant that I wouldn't change the semantics of *embedded*
{{clear()}} as this could break integrations or complex use cases. I wouldn't mind too
much in case of *remote* as I don't expect anyone to really invoke that in production.
We can handle the indexing separately, wiping out the indices without relying on the
listeners. That approach would leave us with not invoked remote listeners and stale
entries in near cache.
