There are 4 elements (1 of which is both in memory and in the loader). However the DistinctKeyDoubleEntryCloseableIterator would prevent the same key from being returned more than once. If the hash map would show what the output was, we could confirm if this is because of a duplicate. I am also unable to reproduce this over a very long period (with and without taskset -c 0).
