Difference is the division into product specific BOMs identified by its
GroupId we did for EAP vs WFK when they were conflicted/interrelated.
Old org.jboss.bom:jboss-javaee-6.0-with* BOMs are pre-EAP 6.2.0.GA and
pre-WFK 2.4.0 releases
