Subject: Re: [mod_cluster-dev] Proposal for new project name
In an effort to revitalize this thread, I have a new idea for a project name:
Charybdis
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charybdis
TESS search indicates only 1 registration which expired in 2006.
I think the name is perfect. charybdis.io/org are all available.
Thoughts?
In my opinion, any such renaming would kill
the traction the project has left.
The worst case would be if just the WF subsystem
is renamed, but all other packages and distributions
and web pages and docs and third party (Nginx)
modules remain the same. People would never connect
these. There is nobody to take on the renaming as
a whole project.
I do not think renaming the project could be done
right, under the current circumstances.
