When a `@Dependent` bean obtained through this `Instance` injects `InjectionPoint`, `getBean()` was returning null because the underlying `Instance` used a static `InstanceInjectionPoint` with no bean reference. Introduce `SyntheticInjectionPoint` — an `InjectionPoint` impl for synthetic contexts with a bean reference but no source-level element (`getAnnotated()` and `getMember()` return null). The `Instance` created in `CreateCallback.createInstance()` now carries a `SyntheticInjectionPoint` so that `DynamicLookupInjectionPoint` can delegate `getBean()` to it. Add `SyntheticInjectionPointIdentifier` in `InjectionPointHolder` to handle serialization of these injection points by storing the bean (via `BeanHolder`), type, and qualifiers for reconstruction.
