Sorry, I've not had the cycles to investigate PRESSGANG-28 further. It's EAP 5.1.1
scramble at the moment. I'm setting aside 1 day a week to work on PressGang, so
I'll schedule this ticket for investigation next Friday.

The html page cannot load images for Callouts - both in source code snippets and then in
the legend for it.
Example: search for "Field injection of TextTranslator instance" in the
documentation, the image next to it is the following:
