Yes I did forget to checkin the ejb-jar.xml file for this when I moved from SVN to Git. Anyhow, I think you did the right thing here. The two test failures were actually expected. The unresolved dependency was probably the problem I was experiencing, but no exception in the log or from running the test ever indicated what the actual error was. So it sounds like @Tame is needed on the IP. I'll also try to fix the 2 test failures which were failing before as well.
