Resolution: Done
Added to tck-distribution, as well as a directory container all libraries needed to run
the tck on weld (weld/porting-package).
Only issue is we now have a circular dependency from the TCK <-> Weld. Leave this
for now.

The TCK documentation points the user to the jboss-tck-runner directory, but it does not
exist inthe RI or TCK bundles. It should be in one of them. Users should not be required
to go and check out workspaces in order to run the TCK out of the box.
