Promote MicroProfile REST Client 4.0 from Preview to Default

Hello All, I am working on promoting the MicroProfile REST Client version 4.0 from the preview stability level to default [1][2]. WildFly 34.0.0.Final is now available at https://wildfly.org/downloads and in Maven. The focus for new stuff is in WildFly Preview this time, including Jakarta Data 1.0, MicroProfile REST Client 4.0 and MicroProfile Telemetry 2.0.
