"Outside Perspective" section:
'Features at experimental stability are not required to have anyone in the
Outside Perspective role. However, once experimental features are in a
release, if not before, authors of experimental features are expected to
directly engage with the community to solicit feedback on their feature.'
So, don't block too much on filling specific roles. :-)
OTOH, I really encourage people to keep an eye on this work and
participate. And if you've not done much with JBang or Glow, playing with
this sounds like a fantastic way to pick up some valuable skills.
