In order to fix OutOfMemoryException when scaling down the embedded broker we need to be able to configure the transaction size when moving messages to the other nodes. This is the scope of WFLY-20512 [1]. These changes will target the Default stability level for now, so I am in need of a couple of volunteers to help out with the effort.
