Hi Subramanian,
The WildFly community tries to help users with problems with WildFly
technology to the extent we have free time. This is purely a voluntary
effort, in the spirit of open source community members helping each other.
There is no SLA, and what we can do to help is limited, particularly when
it comes to aspects fairly far from how WildFly works, such as how to
modify application code to work with SE 11. The people who develop WildFly
have limited time to provide this kind of assistance. I've certainly been
trying to help though.
If you need commercial quality support with SLAs and such, you should get
an EAP subscription. Red Hat has staff that are skilled in assisting with
these kinds of problems and who are dedicated to doing so. They can call on
people like myself for assistance with complex issues, but they are better
positioned to have back and forth discussions to help identify the issue,
and only rarely need assistance from WildFly developers.
I mention posting on the WildFly user forum at
instead of here because this mailing
list is meant for discussions of developing WildFly itself, so the people
reading it are likely to be focused on that and are less likely to look
into end user questions. There may be people who follow the WildFly user
forum, including other end users like yourself, who can assist.
Best regards,
Brian

Hi Brian
Is the active subscription mandatory ?
Without subscription won't we get clarified our queries mentioned below?
Is there any other alternative to get clarification of the queries without
subscription?
