Hello, it's problem with gulp and packing [.ts, .js] files. What version of npm do you have? (npm -v). I suppose you've built the application before so you have installed npm, bower, gulp... right? Try reding this thread: https://github.com/google/web-starter-kit/issues/713 I'd start with $ npm ls babel inside gulp-build, removing node_modules and running $ npm install. I know that it's vague response, but sadly I am unable to reproduce it.
