I haven't seen any documentation that it needs to be configurable. If it doesn't need to be configurable then it should be removed from Settings. If it does need to be configurable, then it should be added to SessionFactoryOptionsImpl, and a getter should be added to SessionFactory.SessionFactoryOptions.
