This looks like a fault in the EntityBinder to me, as per the attached file. (Sorry it isn't a proper patch, I'm working in a scratch area for various reasons). Making that first change raised a second issue with the HibernateMappingExporter regarding the file name used for generated files. The attachment includes a change for that also.
