-----------------------------------
Resolution: Duplicate
Fix Version: 3.2beta10
Save "console configuration" into a file
----------------------------------------
Key: HBX-558
URL:
http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/hibernate/browse/HBX-558
Project: Hibernate Tools
Type: Improvement
Components: reverse-engineer
Versions: 3.1beta3
Environment: Using Hibernate 3.1 and Hibernate Tools CVS label TOOLS_3_1_0_BETA3
Reporter: Peter Darton
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 3.2beta10
At present, whilst it is possible to save a "launch" configuration as a file
that can be part of a project, it isn't currently possible to do the same for the
"console" configurations that such "launch" configurations depend on.
This makes it impossible to save (e.g. in CVS) a "reverse-engineering project"
without leaving unresolved dependencies, unless one saves the entire Eclipse workspace (at
present the toolset saves the console configuration in some files in the
"workspace" set of directories, and thus outside of the project that depends on
it).
