The configuration property that allows combining different entities
into the same directory is not documented.
Is there such a property? There is indexBase, but that's just the base directory of
all the indexes.
Do you think there is still more information needed than currently given at the beginning
of chapter three?

Along with this, the use of @Indexed(name= ) should be documented as an alternative way
