It seems to work only with JPA Annotations, however we are stuck with hibernate 3 hibernate-mappings xml… hibernate.transform_hbm_xml.enabled seems to be 90% unimplemented and I am really not hyped about manually migrating hundreds of entities to JPA annotations.
