In SASL DIGEST-MD5 auth parameter {{org.jboss.sasl.digest.pre_digested}} configures, which kind of password is requested ({{true}} for plain, {{false}} for hash). Given that WildFly use hash by default, this option should be enabled and HR client should be able to authenticate also with hashed password.
