Also another thought is we could send the listener event to all registered listeners at the same time, currently we do each sync at a time. This could help in the case when you have multiple listeners but they aren't on the same node and UDP is not an option.

-Thinking about this more, this can only be true with no converter or the same converter per filter combination.- We can bypass this by sending multiple values for each converter tied to each cluster id.

this exception is from 7.0.0.CR1, but same happens with 7.0.0.Final. Here the corresponding line is [ClientListenerRegistry.scala#L154|https://github.com/infinispan/infinispa...]. I checked few errors and it seems that it happens with {{remove}} operation. It runs with default clustered config file {{clustered.xml}}.
