It seems the fix introduced a subtle problem. '/message-wrapping.protobin' resource is now excluded from jar because OSGI does not like having any resources/classes in the default package. I relocated it and fixed the problem, but this requires a small patch also in Infinispan.

[~pruivo], the replace happens in a javascript section, so might be to do with the javascript integration differences, but I've worked around that anyway.
