In general we do not test a version of Infinispan with more than one JGroups micro version, so I wouldn't recommend upgrading from one minor JGroups version to another.

As per our understanding, this issue should not come in 'non-clustered' env. Also it should not arise when worker execution is 'sync'.
We have debugged the code, and confirmed that the value for 'write_metadata_async' is coming as 'false' only (as expected).
As this is a production env (Banking Domain), we need your quick suggestion and support.

The test has failed randomly once that I have seen thus far. My guess is that the node hasn't had time to fully join the cache view. We may have to add a wait to ensure the cache views are consistent.
