[JBoss JIRA] (ISPN-9493) Near cache invalidation should ignore created events and should not contain values
by William Burns (JIRA)
William Burns created ISPN-9493:
-----------------------------------
Summary: Near cache invalidation should ignore created events and should not contain values
Key: ISPN-9493
URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-9493
Project: Infinispan
Issue Type: Sub-task
Components: Hot Rod
Affects Versions: 9.4.0.CR1
Reporter: Tristan Tarrant
Assignee: Tristan Tarrant
Fix For: 9.4.0.Final
Near caches register a listener which sends back unnecessary events (created) as well as unnecessary data (values). We can create a filter/converter to remove both. The client should still work with older servers which don't have the filter.

[JBoss JIRA] (ISPN-9488) Jenkins cleanup script can delete the current build's directory
by Ryan Emerson (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-9488?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.... ]
Ryan Emerson resolved ISPN-9488.
--------------------------------
Resolution: Done
> Jenkins cleanup script can delete the current build's directory

>
> Key: ISPN-9488
> URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-9488

> Our {{Jenkinsfile}} runs {{cleanup.sh}} (provisioned on each agent via Ansible) to make room for the new build. The idea is to keep the checked-out sources after a build, so that the next build for the same branch is faster, and {{cleanup.sh}} only deletes the workspace directories of old builds if there's less than 10gb of free space.
> There is a problem, however: the agent may have less than 10GB of free space after deleting all the old workspace directories, and {{cleanup.sh}} will happily delete the current build's workspace to make more room. Obviously, the build fails afterwards:
> {noformat}
> ERROR: missing workspace /home/infinispan/workspace/Infinispan_PR-6236-6TTBGFU5OA5XZXKEPJRZI245GOIWTNAUH3HC5M6B36G25UNJPTCA on rhos-infinispan-slave-4.localdomain
> {noformat}
> Unfortunately we also use `returnOutput: true` when running the cleanup script, so it's not obvious who is deleting the build directory.

[JBoss JIRA] (ISPN-9369) Non transactional query cache only cache results if transaction is committed
by Galder Zamarreño (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-9369?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.... ]
Galder Zamarreño resolved ISPN-9369.
------------------------------------
Fix Version/s: (was: 9.4.0.Final)
Resolution: Won't Fix
We won't fix this. The problem is that you could add entities into the DB and then execute a query in the same transaction. The query result could be affected, and if you cached = shared the query result, you'd be exposing an uncommitted entity
