The issue in the forum is harder to replicate since ISPN-1642 was fixed. However,
there's at least one edge case when this issue can become apparent:
- if cache configured with REPETEABLE_READ and writeSkew
- and put with Flag.SKIP_CACHE_LOAD lands in a non-coordinator node.

Some flags might not be replicating correctly. As shown in the forum entry, transactional
put calls on a node with Flag.SKIP_CACHE_LOAD might result in cache load operations when
the tx prepares in a different node.
