Running the test on a single CPU machine against 6.0.0.Final causes the test to fail. The root cause seems to be a race-condition in service initialization. The ProtocolServerServices are initialized (and create cache intances) before the CacheConfigurationServices finish loading the cache configuration defaults. Because of this AnyEquivalence is used for both keys and values instead of AnyServerEquivalence.
