Applied Doychin Bondzhev's fix to branches 2.2 and 2.x. Also, added buffered streams
to branch 2.2.
Testing:
* Unit test: org.jboss.test.remoting.marshall.compress.NewCompressingMarshallerTestCase
* Also, tested with an EJB3 in EAP 4.3.0.GA_CP04
Waiting for results in hudson.
