I think this is the source file, not the actual thing that is broken.
You said "breaking shipping product links” - what is the link that breaks? Can you
give me some example docs that include the broken links?
I'm not clear what you are saying. If a customer installs JBoss EAP 6.3
and chooses to install the quickstarts, then opens the root README.html
file to learn about the quickstarts and clicks on the link to view the
available quickstarts [1], they get a "Service Temporarily Unavailable".

While I can just remove this section from the README on Github, it is
too late for me to remove it from the shipping JBoss EAP 6.3 quickstarts.
