[jbossdeveloper] Two site updates

1) We now have a password vault, which provides you with all the keys you need to build the site. If you want adding to it, please take a look at the readme, or ping me on IRC. 2) We switched to a new cache format. If you get some file incompatible error whilst building, just do a rake clean[all]
