[jdf-dev] Getting Started Developing Applications Guide

Has been ported to jdf, and updated for dual branding (JBoss AS and EAP), as well as various functional updates in the quickstarts that hadn't made it into the guide. Please review for me. TODO: * xrefs (interlinking inside the guide) isn't working on the site * pdf and epub need adding (they are building, just not published) * Quickstarts page needs updating to properly reference the guide (ideally the table will contain links for the relevant quickstarts
