There is no such plan that I know of, but is there any specific reason ? If this ties
well into online delivery I do not see why we shouldn't do this. We may have to
complete a few items like moving the Monitor pages to use HTML5+JS, to keep the WAR size
low enough. Also, we may need to create multiple WARs for the databases we support - H2,
PgSQL etc.
