I think we need to send this over to James Cobb. To my knowledge, JDF is the only one
(maybe just the first) to use the header. It doesn't seem to include everything
that's needed for the form to work. I see no action on there at all, and none of the
javascript seems to add it either.

The seach on JDF site header isn't working like other jboss.org sites
To reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to http://www.jboss.org/jdf/
2. Click on *Search* on right top corner.
3. Type any term on input text
4. Press *Enter* on keyboard
5. The page refresh but without any results based on the entered term
