In fact, if you run QSTools, it will complain about any <dependency/>
that has a <version> element and will instruct you to use
<dependencyManagement/>
Using BOM will also allow a easy way to "convert" community quickstarts
to project quickstarts by simply exchanging the BOM GAV.
