I think that the ribbon works on a larger canvas, like on the TicketMonster
homepage. You also made a good selection for the color.
I will stand behind my opinion, though, that the quality of the stock
github ribbons is not great. They should have been created as SVGs, but
they were created as raster graphics. Thus, the edges are very pixelated
and the text is blurry, even in the photoshop files. There's not much we
can do without recreating them from scratch.
If we want to match the font, it's Collegiate.
