Some jdf-site extensions required that you create a file
$HOME/.github-auth containing username:password on one line.
So I'm using this approach to all other github extensions.
I also agree that it could be a awestruct feature!

This is one area I think we could extend awestruct. It doesn't currently allow for
local config outside of the site.yml out of the box, I think it should though it isn't
that hard to hack in there. I'd like to allow creds to be a local file we can add to
the .gitignore and use on our box.
