The installed adapter should be generating a state variable and add it to the URL, it
should also check the state when it retrieves the code.
Can you JIRA please?

It seems that adding a simple "state=" to the end of the URL made it
work. Is this a new requirement? If so, I guess the examples that uses
it needs to be updated :-)
