On top of my head, it sounds like a bug that was fixed long ago. Are you sure that code that is throwing this is using latest undertow bits? Try using io.undertow.protocols.ssl.UndertowXnioSsl instead of the default XNIO one. I ended up writing a different SSL implementation for Undertow, as Undertow and remoting had different requirements for SSL. All the testing we do is done against the Undertow SSL implementation.
