Are the modules flagged as being private? If so separate modules sounds
easier - otherwise may need something a fraction more complex.
Either that or cut the complexity and just add them both to WildFly Core
even though core only needs one.

Yes, it is just that I need the gpg part in core (for signature) but not
the bc-mail that is defined in full.
