[wildfly-dev] Add support for FORM authentication for admin console access.

I am presently working on WFLY-14735 <https://issues.redhat.com/browse/WFLY-14735> and related issues. in short this issue is adding FORM authentication to the HTTP management interface so we can move away from the browser handling the authentication.
