Yes, until we produce the Beta1, currently scheduled for early August.

What's the rationale behind that?
They'll fill up the downloads page, and they require manual republishing
every time. We'd like to tweak the page such that it automatically shows
the latest alpha, but we've got too many higher priority tasks to focus on.
