Yes the maven proxy settings work not just for other projects but also when running seam
forge, I deployed the hibernate tools plugin and it downloaded the dependancies via the
maven proxy settings. So that works.
If we can get seam forge to also use the same Maven settings file would be great but even
if we can have a separate proxy settings for seam forge is fine.
