Ok, I found one issue - and was able to get things working locally.
In your POM.xml, you have the forge-shell-api listed twice, once as provided
scope (correct) and once as compile scope (incorrect.) You should remove the
second dependency on forge-shell-api.
You should also remove the shrinkwrap descriptors depenency, since that is
provided by forge as well.
Does that get you up and running on SNAPSHOT?
