[Hawkular-dev] HAWKULAR-698 Upgrade to Hawkular Metrics Component

Hi everyone, The pull request for $subject is ready: https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular/pull/569/files With these changes, Metrics component will publish inserted data points on the bus. Once the PR is merged, the agent can be updated as well. Regards, Thomas
