It seems a small bug in the empty verification parameters.
Please, can you send me more details of your test and version used ( I guess Alpha6 ).
Off-list or just in a JIRA and I will verify if this is fixed in master of if it is needed
an additional fix.

As a temporal workaround, meanwhile I take a look on it, there are several
tests that can be used to compare with your code:

These are used for ui-services, but can be used as an example of how to
interact with the API.
